Ecology of You™
A 12-Week Home & Life Restoration Plan
Your life is one connected ecosystem.
The right small changes can make a larger effort that spreads.
But how do you know what to change?
Following what works in Nature, we help people restore the ecology of their real lives.
-
Observe your life with clarity
-
Restore what supports you
-
Plant the conditions for durable change across your real life
You don't need to change everything.
You need to see what's connected, decide what matters now, and know where to begin.
We map your personal ecosystem across your five terrains:

Body
Energy, sleep, nourishment, movement, and the signals your body is giving you.
Mind & Emotions
Attention, overwhelm, thought patterns, and sources of steadiness.
Relationships
Connection, boundaries, support, reciprocity, and belonging.
Home & Environment
Indoor and outdoor conditions, household rhythms, and Nature connection.
Purpose & Spirit
Meaning, direction, values, and your relationship with the living world.

A thoughtful, guided process
Most advice treats your health, your stress, your relationships, your home, and your sense of purpose as separate problems. So you end up with a lot to change but no clear place to begin. We look at all five together, as one living system, and help you choose the changes that matter most right now.

A Window to Change.
Your energy affects your choices. Your home affects your nervous system. Your relationships affect your health. Your daily environment shapes what becomes easy, difficult, nourishing, or depleting.
The Ecology of You™ brings these relationships into one coherent view.
Todd helps you observe before changing, identify what is already supporting life, and choose one to three meaningful priorities. Together, you establish and test the conditions that may help those priorities take root.
What the 12 weeks look like
1. Read the landscape
We begin with an in-home Personal Ecology Walkthrough and a whole-system conversation about what supports you, what asks for attention, and what feels uncertain.
2. Narrow the field
Your Personal Ecology Map becomes a Notice of Intent: one to three priorities, why they matter now, what is already helping, and what is intentionally outside the scope.
3. Understand the conditions
We look at relevant changes, adaptations, pressures, resources, and patterns without reducing your story to a diagnosis or treating you as a problem to fix.
4. Build your Restoration Blueprint
Together, we identify routines, boundaries, supports, environmental changes, relationships, resources, and practices worth establishing or protecting.
5. Experiment and observe
You try changes at a realistic scale. We monitor what helps, what creates burden, what does not fit, and what needs to be adapted or released.
6. Prepare for the next season
You leave with a Next-Season Stewardship Plan showing what will continue, change, rest, expand, or be released.
