About Us
The Ecology of You™ was born from a simple but life-altering realization: The way we care for the Earth is a mirror of how we care for ourselves.
Founder Todd Breitenstein worked for years restoring balance to landscapes, soils, and waters. But when it came to his own life, he was struggling to maintain balance.
The breakthrough came one day with a cedar tree. The tree taught him that healing wasn’t something to chase; it was already rooted within him, waiting to be cultivated.
Just like any ecosystem, his wellbeing depended on relationships. His relationship to light, to nourishment, to grounding, and to the living world around him.
When we bring the intelligence of natural ecosystems into our own lives, regeneration happens naturally.
This isn’t about forcing change; it’s about cultivating the conditions where balance, purpose, and peace can return from within.

The Ecology of You™ is a 12-week restoration program utilizing ecological principles, personal permitting, and whole-system design to repair and rebalance your life.

Our Mission
To guide individuals toward deep personal restoration by aligning their inner ecology with the outer environment; integrating ecological restoration principles, holistic health, and spiritual wisdom.
Our Vision
We envision a world where personal growth and planetary healing are one and the same.
When individuals cultivate balance within themselves, learning to live in the right relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and bodies, the restoration ripples outward:
-
into households that feel grounded and intentional,
-
into communities that value connection and care, and
-
into landscapes that flourish through mindful stewardship.
This is the living bridge between personal ecology and collective regeneration.

Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.
