My Story

​I’ve been connected to nature for as long as I can remember.
​
When the world around me felt unstable (and as a kid, it often did), nature was the one place that felt safe. Trees didn’t lie. Rivers didn’t explode. I could count on the seasons, the soil, the silence.
​
So it makes sense that I became an environmentalist. I studied biology, environmental policy, ecological restoration, and even sculpture in college. I guess I was ahead of the curve, reading scholarly articles on climate change before it ever hit the headlines.
​
When depression, despair, and anger laid roots in my life and I found myself at my lowest points, what saved me, truly, was the same thing that grounded me in the first place: Nature.
​
Not the idea of nature. The experience of it. Touching the soil. Listening to birdsong. Walking barefoot. Watching native plants grow in places where they had been wiped out.
​
To me it is as plain as day. It helped me recover and now I want to share it with you:
Our inner world is mirrored by the outer one, and vice versa.

When your home becomes a temple, your land becomes a sanctuary, and your thoughts become soil for healing. You regenerate.

Mindfulness as a Way of Being

Our sessions are rooted in mindfulness—approaching each conversation with unconditional positive regard, non-judgment, patience, and curiosity. I also practice mindfulness daily through meditation, breathing exercises, time in nature, and reflective journaling. This allows me to stay grounded and fully present with you, even in difficult or emotional moments.
Fostering Intrinsic Motivation

Lasting change comes from within. I will never prescribe “the right answer” for your life—instead, I help you discover your own reasons for change, your own vision for the future, and your own strategies for getting there. This approach builds intrinsic motivation and supports sustainable behavior change.
